Job Summary:
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Vinakors, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our website and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into visually compelling designs. Your expertise in user experience design and user interface aesthetics will be critical in ensuring our products are user-friendly and aligned with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user needs, preferences, and pain points, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Information Architecture: Develop user personas, journey maps, and site maps to define the structure and flow of the user experience.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
  • Visual Design: Design visually appealing interfaces that align with the Vinakors brand, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design, incorporating new ideas into the design process.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on designs based on input and usability testing results.

Qualifications:

  • Your talent and experience speak volume. We don't ask for a degree!
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished projects, with a focus on user-centered design.
  • Excellent understanding of user experience principles, design systems, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
