As we expand our vendor network across Vietnam, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive our product vision and strategy.

Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager at Vinakors, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and enhancing the user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch innovative features that align with our business goals. Your expertise in product management will be critical in understanding customer needs and market trends, ultimately driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and customer needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify opportunities, competitive landscape, and trends that inform product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for the user by translating customer insights into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze product performance metrics post-launch to inform future iterations and enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product updates and gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Your talent and experience speak volume. We don't ask for a degree!
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
