As we continue to grow, we are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting.

Job Summary:
As the Senior Accounting Manager at Vinakors, you will be responsible for managing the accounting team and ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial controls. You will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the budgeting process, including preparing forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate and assist with external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and financial records are accurate.
  • Compliance and Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining positive vendor and customer relationships.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
