As we scale our operations and expand our vendor network across Vietnam, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure the seamless execution of our business processes.
Job Summary:
As the Operations Manager at Vinakors, you will be responsible for optimizing our operational processes, managing logistics, and ensuring the efficiency of our supply chain. You will play a crucial role in streamlining our operations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals, enhancing efficiency and scalability across all business functions.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain process, including vendor selection, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Partnership and Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics and transportation operations, collaborating with third-party logistics providers to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by implementing effective processes for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Your talent and experience speak volume. We don't ask for a degree!
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational efficiencies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software; experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
