Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist at Vinakors, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on our e-commerce platform. You will analyze performance metrics, manage digital campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase sales across various online channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid search (PPC), social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.), providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify the most effective strategies for maximizing conversion rates and user engagement.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Your talent and experience speak volume. We don't ask for a degree!
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and experience with marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
