Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our product and vendor database. You’ll be responsible for entering and updating data related to our vendors and products on the Vinakors platform. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible, part-time work or the start to get your foot in the door in data career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter vendor details, product descriptions, pricing, and inventory information into the e-commerce database.
  • Ensure all data is entered in a fast and timely manner and is up to date.
  • Verify and cross-check the accuracy of data from various sources.
  • Organize and maintain digital records of vendor and product information.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any discrepancies in data.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall integrity of the e-commerce product catalog.

Qualifications 

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and hard working. 
  • Fast working pace. 
  • Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets and Notion.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week.
